Good bye once again.........

So this morning me and my family said good bye again to our life long friends.

You know, we kids spent ten days with them, TEN LONG DAYS!!!!!! But they pasted so fast that I'm looking back wondering were the time with them went. I vaguely remember helping with about eight breakfasts, and the bible time at the end. Sitting down to ten lunches, and the   orders for doing one thing or another after. And the ten fun dinners where everyone was tired, yet happy, telling everyone else a little of what they had done that day. The Friday nights watching a movie or sitting up talking. The picture take with Johanna. And the two Sundays when their grandparents came over and brought a easy dinner and how every one was another of their grand kids. And the fun nick names we gave our Uncle and Aunt in The Lord. (Their names are now Uncle Daddy and Aunt Mommy. :D)

I miss them, after not seeing them for eight months, and then spending ten days with them. I find that it wasn't enough time, not half enough time.

Well we're (My family and I.) are in the VAN heading to my dads old work place where their waiting with pizza (I guess that's not bad party.). Then were going to my mothers parents for a little. Then to my only aunt on my fathers side. We will be staying the night there. And the next morning we will be visiting my dads mother (My granddad is dead.). And after a visit with her an her new apt., we will be leaving to go home in San Antonio.  Sounds like I have a long day today and tomorrow.

Well I'm going to go and make myself a little leg room in our old van.

Friends, and NINE days gone by with out a trace......

I smile, walk and run, and admire.
But she,..... She works and helps and encourages.

Johanna. A Wonderful best friend and person to anyone and everyone. Listens, cares and tells you the truth unwatered down but as nice as posable and in the way only she can.
She blogs (www.johanna-grace.com), writes (she has like a half dozen books going right now and their all great books.), reads like a TON, takes amazing pictures, is giving, loving, oldest of seven, will be seventeen very soon. She is redoing my blog and helping me think of a bit different name for it.
I love her so much!!!!!! And she is AMAZING!!!!!!!! (I just can't say that enough AMAZING JOHANNA ;P)

So I have been here like nine days now, and my parents are leaving today from Peru to get back to the states on fathers day, great right? (NOT AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!! I want to tell my dad in the morning happy fathers day and hug him and kiss him and tell him how great of a dad he is.) But things being as they are I hope he sees this and I will get him fathers day night.
So today we are having a home group meeting at our friends house. One of the men wanting to serve our wonderful friends has came over to moe today. And this evening Johanna wants to take me and have a photo shoot of me. So I will be sharing some of her great pic.

We have got something going around sort of and it make some one feel bad and want to lay down all day, so with we could have some prayer that everyone is well and not a little feeling bad, because if we're down when we go back home we will most likely get sick with something else. (And no one wants to get sick for two or three weeks. :/)

So other than the fact we are leaving to soon, I have to say this has been one of the greatest memory's I'm going to have. I love this family so much that I think I'm adopted in, and their home is like a second home for me. (Plus the fact that their second oldest is one week older than me. (Seriously our mothers meet when they were pregnant with the two of us. :D))

Well I need to go and see what I can do to help for the meeting tonight.

Gone........

So yesterday we left San Antonio, and traveled for five hours by van to New Waverly. This morning we said good bye to our wonderful parents before they left for the airport. I teared up and cried a little after they left. (Why are humans so emotional? I hate it.) So were gone from home again. Gone, we have been gone from home ALOT this year.

Me sitting next to the pond.

As the sun was settings me and my best friend got to go out and take some great pictures in the wonderful lighting.

Rachel and me. (We we're being goofy and couldn't keep strait faces so here was our best at not    laughing.

We talked about everything and nothing and had a wonderful time.

Same age and one week apart she's always taller than me.

Me and Johanna (bestest of friends)

Laughing over nothing and the fact were together again and he the wood will not stand.

We have plans for the whole week and a half. (And there great plans.)

So....

I guess I have been pretty lame at posting. Sorry.

We have been planning our trip to Houston. We will be driving to Houston on the sixth, and all of us (the kids.) will be dropped off with our very old friends. And Dad and Mom will drive to the Houston airport, and will leave to Peru for a week.

But there are three days left before we leave, and we have been CLEANING!!!!!!

So what have we been doing to get ready?
I have been making lists for what we need to take.
And we lightly cleaned the kitchen and other parts of the house/apt middle of last week, and Saturday we cleaned under a lot of heavy things.

We have also been getting Roseanne used to not having mom around.
I have been putting her to sleep at night, and last couple of nights she has slept with me. She's eighteen months old, but she doesn't sleep through the night yet.

Friday night we got a huge load of vegetables and fruit. We had a lot of new faces coming through our door. It was very nice.

Well I'm going to spend some time with my parents and a couple of younger siblings,
Love y'll,

               Jo
