24.1.13

A little random.

So other than going between being sick and perspectives nothing has been happening. I took a walk today and ran into some little girls that can always make me laugh and the hardest questions answer. The first pic down there is my moms hair she's letting it grow out, and think there nothing to do with it right now. So while she was reviewing history with us I braided some of her hair and took a pic to show her what it would look like.

Perspectives:

So at the bottom of the first page of every lesson there's a Purpose thing for you to read, lesson one was: Purpose, we were made to live for a purpose. God himself lives for purpose. The way to live with significance is to devote yourself to a purpose that is larger than your life.
Lesson two was: Passion, passion is the heart set free to pursue that which is truly worthy. Those who set their hearts on what is most worthy-the glory of God- live with joy-filled abandon. Their hearts are both seized and satisfied with ambition for Jesus to be ardently worshiped. That love comes to dominate and integrate all other desires so that they live in freedom of single-minded purpose.

Our God is a missionary God

Lesson one on perspectives is called The living God is a missionary God. Here are two verses that goes with lesson one and what our speaker for lesson one Brian Hogan was saying. Galatians 3:8-9
And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed. So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.

Just something to think about.

So I forget once again.

Yeah I seem every good at forgetting to post posts, great right?!
So last Sunday mom took me to a intro night for perspectives.  I have to tell the truth, I DIDN'T WANT TO GO!  I went and (believe it or not.) got all exited!!!  One reason I didn't want to do it was because this year I planned for this month and the next two to WRITE with my friends, and at least get half through writing our books (Mine too.).  Well during the week I put off reading what I'm supposed to be reading for perspectives, I finally finished reading on Saturday and at three on Sunday we left to go to the class where we would have some one talk about what we had read.  I LOVED IT!!!! (Any one that really knows me knows I don't use the word love lightly.)  We talked about how God is a Missionary God, and how through out the bible (old to new testament) God was planning every thing and that his whole plan was for Israel to reach out to the nation(S) and teach them about God.
Here is the link to the class, you might have one near you, or do it online at: (Little warning: WILL RECK YOUR WORLD VIEW!!! TAKE IT AND YOU MIGHT FIND YOUR SELF ON A MISSION FIELD WHERE YOU NEVER WANTED TO BE!!!!!!!)
